About coffeeanalytics
What is coffeeanalytics?
A solution for coffee, beer and soft drink supply companies. A small IoT box fits your customers' machines and measures every serving. The platform shows you, per customer, consumption, stock, sales, forecasts and the consumption map.
Who is it for?
Companies that supply coffee, beer or soft drinks to venues: coffee suppliers and roasters, breweries and beer distributors, soft drink companies with postmix dispensers. It also suits chains and franchises that want a view of all their venues.
What does my company gain?
A full picture of every customer: what they consume, how much stock they have, when they will need a delivery and whether they also buy from someone else. Your reps work from a priority list, management sees every sale and marketing knows where the next customer is.
The device
Which machines does the device connect to?
Espresso machines, beer taps and postmix dispensers, with up to 4 groups per machine. One device per machine, measuring each group or tap separately.
How is it installed?
A technician fits the device, in minutes per machine. As soon as it starts sending, the readings appear on the platform.
Does anything change in the way the venue works?
No. Staff work just as before and the device records every serving automatically.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Nothing is lost. The device stores the readings and sends them as soon as the connection is back. It needs Wi-Fi at the venue.
Does the device need maintenance?
It updates itself remotely, with no technician visit. On the platform you see which device is reporting and which has gone silent.
Customers, sales and forecasts
How will I know if my customer also buys from another supplier?
The platform compares what is served on the customer's machines with what you have delivered. If consumption exceeds your deliveries, the difference comes from elsewhere. You and the customer's rep both see it.
How is the customer's stock calculated?
From the deliveries you record, minus what the device measures. When stock runs low, the customer appears in their rep's urgent refills.
What do my sales reps see?
Only the customers you assign to them: the day's work, who needs a delivery, who is late to order, and each customer's history, offers and targets.
How reliable are the forecasts?
They are based on each machine's actual consumption, the same period last year, the weather and public holidays, and they give a range for the days ahead. A new machine needs a little history before it gives a forecast.
What do my customers' venues see?
If you give them access, they see only their own activity: peak hours, the forecast for the days ahead and the hours when they will need staff. They don't see your costs or your other customers.
What can I do with geomarketing?
See on the map where your product is consumed, which streets perform, what each area drinks and where you have no presence yet. Before approaching a new customer, compare their street with others.
Can I get the data in Excel?
Yes. Measurements, customers and reports export to Excel and CSV.
Security, cost and getting started
Is my data secure?
Data travels encrypted. Each user sees only what their role allows, costs are visible only to the people you choose, and every action is recorded in the audit log.
How much does it cost?

Does my team need training?
The platform runs in the browser, with nothing to install, and has a manual for every role. Everyone reads only what concerns them.
